WORKFORCE DEVELOPMENT

These projects will begin once the inpatient facility is complete. Empower Cocke County's Workforce Development program works to restore individuals back into meaningful employment while  serving the community with cost-effective handyman services.  Our clients will work through the Living Free Classes and JobsforLife training to develop God-centered work-ethic.  These individuals will learn trade jobs, be given financial counseling and a chance to to live in nice low cost housing.  We believe that this will build self-respect and allow these men to become the men God calls them to be.  If you have a job or would like to volunteer to teach our clients in a trade please contact us below.
